Registration

Online registration is open until September 1, 2025. Please contact us by email should you want to register after that date.  

Please note that packages including accommodation are sold out. You can still register for the Conference, but we invite you to book your own accommodation.  

Please note that all prices below also appear in American dollars (USD) for reference only (approximate conversion valid as of August 25, 2025). All transactions will be made in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Registration Fee Includes:

The conference fee is all-inclusive.

  • Access to the presentations from Sunday morning, September 14 to Thursday, September 18
  • Accommodation (4 nights)
  • All meals for the duration of the conference (a light dinner at the welcome reception on Sunday, 3 meals per day on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, and a breakfast on Thursday morning)
  • Taxes and gratuities from the night of Sunday, September 14 to the breakfast of Thursday, September 18.

Incidental fees (telephone calls, faxes, equipment rentals, bar, etc.) are billed to your personal account by the hotel. You will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in to cover those eventual fees.

ALL PARTICIPANTS (INCLUDING MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE AND INVITED SPEAKERS) ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER. The all-inclusive registration costs will be calculated and will be charged in CAD and can be paid by bank transfer or you can choose to pay by credit card. We will then send you a link for payment in $CA.


Accommodation

The conference fee is all inclusive with accommodation and meals included.  

Additionally, a special rate of 320 $CA (240 $US) for single occupancy, has been negotiated with the hotel for the periods before and after the conference, meals and taxes are not included for those extra days. Please note that hotel reservations cannot be made if you are not registered to the Conference. Subject to availability.

Hotel allocation will be made on a first come first served basis. You should register early. The number of hotel rooms at the convention site is limited. The Organizing Secretariat is able to arrange special accommodation in case of special needs such as the use of a wheelchair.

Please do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are handled by Conferium Conference Services.

 

Cancellation policy

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us by email [email protected] as soon as possible before September 10th, 2025. Do not fill in a new registration form. Any cancellation received after August 15 will be subject to cancellation fees of the cost of the first night’s stay. Any cancellation received less than 72 hours before check-in will not be refunded and will be charges in full.

Payment methods

Please note that no check is accepted to pay the PEACe 2025 registration fees. Payment of registration fees can be made as follows:

By Bank Transfer

We accept bank transfers from financial institutions worldwide via the Wise platform. You will receive instructions in a confirmation email after you complete your registration. If any transfer fees apply, you will be responsible to cover these fees on top of your full registration fees.

By Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay and American Express. Credit card will be charged in $CA. We will send you a secure credit card payment link for payment in CAD by credit card.

Refund Policy

A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before July 1st, 2025 less a $100 CAD administration fee. Cancellation requests received after July 1st, 2025 will be subject to a $100 CAD administrative fee and a surcharge of 25%. No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after September 1st, 2025. 

Substitutions will be accepted at any time as long as the eventual additional amount in registration fees is paid. Please note that only one person may attend per registration. You may not split a registration (i.e. the same person must attend the entire program on a single registration).

For any registration made on or after August 14, refund requests will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the event.


Important Notices

Write your name in the registration form as you would like it to appear on your Conference badge. 

Registrations to the Conference cannot be confirmed if the registration is not accompanied by the appropriate payment.

Registrations received after September 1st, 2025 will not be accepted, and participants will have to register onsite. Onsite registrations are subject to availability - refer to the Onsite Registration section below for more information.

The Local Organizers or Organizing Secretariat will not accept liability for any kind of money loss.

Collective Payment

If a collective payment is made to cover for multiple registrations, please indicate the name of the remitter and attach a list of participants in order to confirm accurately their individual registration.


Payments

Registration Confirmation

You will receive an automatic acknowledgement by email as soon as you complete the registration process and the Organizing Secretariat will only confirm your registration upon receipt of complete payment. Allow approximately one week after receipt of your completed registration form and required payment to receive confirmation with details of your registration. All confirmations are sent by email. In order to avoid any problems when registering at the Conference, participants are kindly requested to carry with them the complete documentation of payment of the registration fee.

Any money transferring charges will be deducted from the registration fee. For cancellations after August 1st, 2025, no refunds will be given. 

Badges to access the conference site

You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documentation. This badge has to be worn at all times to grant you to access the scientific sessions and exhibition area.

Credit card and Currency Exchange

Major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are accepted in most shops, hotels and restaurants. The currency accepted is the Candian dollar (CAD). Exchange rates can be viewed at: XE.com.


Onsite registration

Onsite registration will start on September 14, 2025. The onsite Registration Desk will be located in the conference floor foyer and will be open from September 14, 2025 at 17:30 and then daily during the Conference (consult program for the exact schedule of the Registration Desk). Onsite payments can be made by one of the following credit cards: Visa and Master Card. Availability will depend on the number of on-site registrants. Also, be aware that we have reserved a limited number of rooms and that on-site registration will exclude accommodation. You will have to book your own accommodation as extra.


Accompanying person

Accompanying persons are admitted to the Welcome reception, social program, coffee breaks, all included meals and services. Their registration fees do not include conference materials or admission to the scientific sessions.

17th PEACe and/or its agent have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the Conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the 17th Protein Expression in Animal Cells Conference and/or its agent shall not, subject as afore-mentioned, be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconveniences caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
